Who Needs to Report?

California admitted insurance companies that collect California direct written premiums equal to or greater than $75 million per reporting years of 2024 and 2025 must report to the 2026 CAIDS. Email notices were sent on April 15, 2026, to the Government Relations contact on file with the Department. (Update the contact on file by providing the correct email address to CA.IDS@insurance.ca.gov. Remember to include your NAIC number in all communications)
