Who Needs to Report?

• Insurers with $75 million ($75,000,000) or more in California premiums written must report. Email notices will be sent to the Government Relations contact on file with the Department. (Update the contact on file by providing the correct email address to CA.IDS@insurance.ca.gov. Remember to include your NAIC number in all communications)

• Coming April 2026! 2026 CAIDS Respondent Companies List - A comprehensive list of all the companies that are required to submit a report with updated or new data for the 2026 CAIDS
