Upon submission, the class presentation information is validated and the provider is notified immediately if the information has been accepted or if there was an error in the validation. If the class schedule fails to validate, an error message will indicate the reason. The class presentation schedule must be submitted to the Department at least 10 days prior to the scheduled date of the course offering.
The Department's Sircon.com - Education Provider Online Programs also allows the provider to make changes to the class schedules currently on file within set parameters.
