The California Department of Insurance (the Department) offers the Department's Sircon.com - Education Provider Online Programs to Education Providers as an on-line program for submitting provider class presentation schedules. The Department Sircon.com - Education Provider Online Programs offers Education Providers an expedient method of notifying the Department of their intent to offer a class. Upon submission, the class presentation information is validated and the provider is notified immediately if the information has been accepted or if there was an error in the validation. If the class schedule fails to validate, an error message will indicate the reason. The class presentation schedule must be submitted to the Department at least 10 days prior to the scheduled date of the course offering.

The Department's Sircon.com - Education Provider Online Programs also allows the provider to make changes to the class schedules currently on file within set parameters. For instance, providers will have the ability to cancel existing scheduled course dates or to change the location of the course. The class schedule will be available for viewing on our website at Education Provider and Course Search within 24 hours.
