Exhibit C shows the number of residential property and Earthquake policies in-force. The exhibit illustrates that the overall residential market steadily increased over the five (5) years while the Earthquake market decreased. Thus, the percentage of residential policies with Earthquake coverage has decreased to 15.7% in 2000 from over 31.4% in 1996.
