Note: As of April 15, the official 2024 California Insurance Diversity Survey (CAIDS) Reporting Notifications has been sent via e-mail to the government relations contact on file with the Department.
All companies are required to submit an Acknowledgment Form prior to completing the CAIDS. For questions, contact CA.IDS@insurance.ca.gov.
Survey Webinars
The Insurance Diversity Initiative will be hosting two series of two-part webinars to provide in-depth instructions on how to complete the survey; the full training requires attending both sessions. The first of the series will provide an overview of the available resource documents and the second part of the series will demonstrate the steps for completion of the survey.
These webinars will take place on Tuesdays at 11:00 AM (PDT).
More information about each webinar will be sent one week prior to each scheduled session:
