The CDI recently upgraded our Web servers and software. Some companies using Internet Explorer may encounter problems accessing the statistical plans Website. Rate Specialist Report Forms and Filing Requirements

These special filings are handled by the CDI's Rate Specialist Bureau which are required by the California Insurance Code or California Code of Regulations. If you have questions specific to these filings only, please e-mail us at rsb@insurance.ca.gov.
