Advisory - Commissioner Jones to hold hearing on proposed Aetna-CVS Merger
SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. — California Insurance Commissioner Dave Jones will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed merger of Aetna Inc. and CVS Health Corporation to examine the potential competitive effects of the proposed merger. Aetna and CVS representatives will testify at the hearing along with consumer organizations, medical provider organizations, and economists. Members of the public are also welcome to testify.
