Mailing list for Life-only Agents

The Life-Only Agent (LO) List contains all active licensed life-only agent individuals and/or agencies. The LO list contains approximately 261,000 records for individuals that hold the life-only agent license qualifications. Please note that these individuals may also hold another license qualification (e.g. accident and health agent license).

Order Form: Qualification Data Extract Order Form LIC DE 4. It should be noted that requests will be processed only upon receipt of the completed form and a check for the appropriate amount.
