Candidate Information Bulletin (PSI)

The Candidate Information Bulletin (CIB), also in Korean, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, and Vietnamese, provides detailed information on the licensing process, prelicensing education requirements, how to schedule or re-schedule an examination, examination site procedures and secuirty measures, special accomodation procedures, PSI test center locations, score reporting, preparing for an examination, and the fingerprinting process.

We encourage you to carefully review the CIB to assist you to be prepared to take the license examination. If you have any questions regarding CIB, please contact the Examination Section at (916) 492-3570.

If you have examination scheduling questions please call PSI at (833) 518-7456 to speak with a Consumer Service Representative Monday through Friday between 4:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Pacific Time.
