Homeowners Profiles

View this information in Excel format (XLSX, 16 KB)

Type of Coverage:

Type of Coverage: Homeowners (Frame Construction)

New! Profiles have been updated for 2024. Each homeowners profile is represented by a three-digit code indicating: deductible amount, age of home, and amount of coverage.

The profiles are based upon several scenarios, or hypothetical risks, that represent the most common variables applied to homeowners, condominium, renters and earthquake insurance premiums quoted today.

Companies that participated in this survey will provide sample homeowners premiums based on these profiles and the location of the residential property (i.e., City/County).
