Investigation Division Regional Offices
The Investigation Division is divided into seven regional offices located in: Golden Gate (Benicia), Inland Empire (Rancho Cucamonga), Orange, Sacramento, San Diego, Los Angeles (Commerce), and Valencia. Each regional office conducts investigations within their area of territorial responsibility. In most cases, the complaints are routed to the regional office that services the territory where the subject maintains their primary business address.
Each regional office has a Duty Investigator who responds to telephone inquiries from consumers, insurance producers, insurers, and others. Inquiries should be directed to the regional office that services your area.
