License Requirements For Employers

  • Provide training to each self-service storage agent (1758.72 of the CIC)
  • Annually update the list of employees certified to sell insurance - retain 3 years (Form SSA 1) (1758.72(d) of the CIC)
  • Submit modifications to training materials 30 days prior to their use by licensee (1758.72(b) of the CIUC)
  • Renew license every 2 years (1758.7 of the CIC)
  • Pay enforcement costs (1758.7(e) of the CIC)
