Discontinue Transacting Life Settlements

License Information

Section 10113.2(b)(4) of the CIC states that any licensee that intends to discontinue transacting life settlements in this state shall so notify the commissioner, and shall surrender its license. Surrender of the license may be accomplished by sending a request to the Department requesting that the license be cancelled.
