Long Term Care Insurance Outlines of Coverage

Outline of Coverage Requirement

Pursuant to Assembly Bill (AB) 999 and California Insurance Code §10233.5, each insurance company that will be offering, marketing, or selling long-term care (LTC) insurance products (i.e. policy forms) in California on or after January 1st will need to provide "a specimen outline of coverage."

Outline of Coverage Requests

  • To request for the specific company's LTC policy form's outline of coverage, please email the Data Analytics and Reporting team.
  • To view and/or print a list of available LTC policy forms by company, please select Policy Summary report.
