License Requirements For Employers

  • Provide training to each self-service storage agent (1758.72)*
  • Annually update the list of employees certified to sell insurance - retain 3 years (Form SSA 1) (1758.72(d))*
  • Submit modifications to training materials 30 days prior to their use by licensee (1758.72(b)) *
  • Renew license every 2 years (1758.7)*
  • Pay enforcement costs (1758.7(3)(e))*

  • Must complete mandatory training (1758.72)*
