License Requirements For Employers
- Annual update of the list of employees certified to sell insurance - retain 3 years (Form RCA 5)
- File Annual certification (Form RCA 2) must be filed within 12 months of the effective date of the license and must be re-submitted every 12 months thereafter
- Submit modifications to training materials 30 days in advance
- Periodic re-training of employees
- Renew license every 2 years
- Pay enforcement costs
License Requirements For Employees
- 18 Years of age or older
- Must be on a list of authorized employees (Form RCA 5) maintained by the rental car company
- The rental car company must identify the authorized employee (Form RCA 5) who is the manager or supervisor at each location maintained by the company
- Employer certification (Form RCA 1)
- Mandatory training (Form RCA 4)
