Pay endorsees a "performance-related incentive." A "performance-related incentive" is money or other tangible or intangible items of value paid or given to any endorsee of the licensee which is not based solely on the offering or selling of the insurance products. (Section 1758.87(c) of the CIC)
Commingle premiums with other funds (subject to insurer's written approval and itemization of insurance charges on rental agreement). Section 1758.861 of the CIC)
