The Life-Only Agent (LO) List contains all active licensed life-only agent individuals and/or agencies. The LO list contains approximately 220,000 records for individuals that hold the life-only agent license qualifications. Please note that these individuals may also hold another license qualification (e.g. accident and health agent license).   

In addition, if you would like to order a Life, Accident and Health Agent mailing list that does not provide duplicate names, you will need to order the Life-Only license qualification only.
