Narrow the search criteria by entering all or part of the first name. When searching for common surnames (i.e., "Jones", "Smith" ) also enter as much of the first name as possible.(i.e., "smith robert")
Enter an underscore ( _ ) in place of any characters to be used as "wild cards" (i.e., smith r_b"). Wild cards cannot be used in the first two positions.
Be sure that you are entering a zero "0" and not an alpha "O". License numbers never begin with an alpha character.
