Policy Comparison Forms for Long Term Care Insurance

The Long-Term Care (LTC) Insurance Policy Comparison reports for the specific company's LTC policy form may be requested by the public by sending an email to the Data Analytics and Reporting team. The specific LTC report will provide the policy comparison forms by available sample rates (premiums) and benefits (i.e. coverage information) for each active LTC writer (i.e. company).  A Policy Comparison Form is a listing of the policy benefits and sample premiums for each company. The policy comparison form was developed to provide consumers with a simple way to review the benefits for a specific LTC policy form, as well as, review the sample premiums provided by the company.
