Health Insurance Rate Filings

Health Insurance rate filings are available for the companies listed below. Additional companies will be listed as their filings are received. Selecting a company name will take you to a page listing their submitted filings. Filings will be listed by date received and file number. Select the File Number link that corresponds to the filing you are interested in to view the filing.

On each company page you will also have an opportunity to submit feedback for consideration by Department staff as they review filings for compliance with legal requirements and actuarial standards. Select the "provide feedback/comments" link to provide your feedback/comments which should be submitted within 60 days of the date of filing. No response to submitted comments will be provided by Department staff. However, as provided in Senate Bill 1163 which created California Insurance Code Section 10181.11(c) your comments will be posted on our website. Please review our Comment Policy for information regarding comments and their use on our website.

The Comment form should not be used if you have a specific complaint against an insurer, so please do not submit complaints or requests for assistance here. Instead, complaints or Requests for Assistance should be submitted by completing a Request for Assistance Form available at the File a Complaint page.

Information about some rate filings are also posted on the website of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. You can find information about selected California health insurance rate filings by visiting the Healthcare.gov California Rate Review webpage.

Please select the company name listed below to view and comment on their submitted health insurance rate filing(s). Thank you for your interest in and comments about these rate filings.
