Pursuant to California Insurance Code section 922.41(e)(1), California Insurance Commissioner Dave Jones invites members of the public to respond to Certified Reinsurer Applications submitted to the California Department of Insurance.
Interested and affected parties will have 90 days from the date notice is posted to submit written comments and responses to the certified reinsurer applications listed below. Please click on a reinsurer's name to determine when the notice was posted. The Commissioner will not take final action on an application until at least 90 days after notice was posted.
Written comments and responses help the California Department of Insurance gather information and provide certain interested and affected parties with an opportunity to present statements to the Commissioner concerning the reinsurers applying for Certified Reinsurer status.
