• Click on the File menu of the Acrobat Reader 3.0 or higher

• Click on the Print option

• Click on the Properties button

• In the Paper Size dialog box, choose Legal

• In the Orientation dialog box, make sure Portrait is selected

• Click OK to exit out Properties

Once the Properties are set, you can go to the Print Range to print out the whole Questionnaire or certain section of it by inputing the page ranges.
