Fees
How much are the filing fees for provider and course approvals? 

Prelicensing:
$56 (effective 6/15/2013 this fee will be $62) for provider certification.
$56 (effective 6/15/2013 this fee will be $62) per course approval application. 

A provider may combine a 40-hour general insurance prelicensing course and a 12- hour code & ethics course and submit one course approval application for a 52-hour prelicensing course. Or, submit separate applications for each of the three prelicensing courses. Similarly, the 20-hour personal lines prelicensing course and a 12-hour code & ethics course may be combined for approval as a 32-hour prelicensing course. Or, the provider may submit separate applications for the two courses.  

Continuing Education:
$56 (effective 6/15/2013 this fee will be $62) for provider certification.
$28 (effective 6/15/2013 this fee will be $31) per course approval application.
