Senate Bill 1427 (Escutia) established the requirement for an annual report to the Senate and Assembly Committee's on Insurance detailing the Insurance Commissioner's plan to inform the public about the availability of the CLCA pilot program. In 2004, Stats. 2004, Chapter 920 (SB 1500, Speier) added additional requirements for CDI to report on the success of the program.
