Consulting Actuaries That May Be Willing To Consult With Consumer Intervenors
Consumer intervenors may want to seek actuarial assistance in reviewing the technical details and assumptions underlying insurer rate filings. This list contains the contact information of consulting actuaries that may be willing to consult with consumer groups. The Department has not identified qualifications for inclusion on this listing. The actual selection of any consultant services will be done at the discretion of the consumer intervenor. Terms will be arranged between the consultant and the intervenor group but will ultimately be subject to review by the Department for reasonableness when the intervenor files for compensation.
